Its a little known fact that the small business generally takes up technologies to improve their business more slowly than larger businesses and corporations. This has something to do with budget and how many people a business has to throw at a project to bring in the right technologies to improve the way the business operates and to market the business. Around 50% of small business don’t have a website and so if you do, then thats a good start, if you don’t then you are missing out on new clients, promotion and exposure.


More and more people are using the Internet to find products and services. The days of looking through a dirty ink ladened yellow book are coming to a close for many people who find the web a much cleaner, quicker and visually appealing place to look for stuff. It seems that the big expensive ads you used to get in the yellow pages are fewer as business move to putting their advertising budget on promoting their website.
